I have recieved laptop on 15november but the warranty has already started on 27 october. How is it possible, even there is no option to dispute warranty.

Is it a used laptop?? How could warranty br already started and the laptop is blacking off after I enter password.

I guess it was returned by someone and company has sent me then, but why I have not recieved fresh product after full online payment?

I trusted hp online orders.

You have 2 separate problems here. Warranty is one full year from date of purchase but the system is set to a presumed date of purchase based on production date. So yes sometimes they sit on the shelf for a while so keep your proof of purchase. Warranty date can be disputed in the HP Support Assistant app when you check the warranty and you can also try online:

The other problem is the laptop cutting off after you log in. Please describe a bit more?

There is no option to dispute warranty and laptop screen turns black only the cursor is all I see.

How would I know if its used I have not seen it. Where exactly through which channel did you buy it? If you bought it as new from HP directly then it is new. Might try a factory reset. Tap esc then F11 as you power up. Not sure how you can tell what the HP Support Assistant is saying about the laptop warranty if you can't boot to Windows? If you can boot to Windows please post a screenshot of the HP Support Assistant warranty page but try not to expose the serial number.

Yeah i ordered it online from hp official website. Why the warranty has already started and why do i need to restore pc to enable windows.

So i thought it could be used one.
