I bought an HP 15-BA021AX laptop from Flipkart, on which I installed Windows after receiving the product. After sometime I noticed that both the touchpad buttons needed a great amount of pressure so as to register the press on them, causing a lot of problems while dragging and while playing games. I called the local HP Service Center, and they refused to accept my laptop's warranty, saying that because it was bought online, they cannot accept its warranty. Kindly help me. Thanks.

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand you want to get the touchpad buttons either repaired or replaced under HP Warranty,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
Did you relocate from one country to another after purchasing the laptop? (If yes, that's probably why they denied service as you need to have it repaired within the same country you purchased the product from).
That said, as long as you have the 1yr factory warranty from HP, the services should be free of charge,
While you respond to that, here's something you can do, to fix the touchpad issues: Click here
Keep me posted for further assistance 😉

Hi! @anandverma458, I am the MrRobot. It looks like you were interacting with @Jeet_singh, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.
As you mentioned you bought the laptop from online.
I would suggest you contact HP phone support and get the laptop replaced or serviced.
