I had just replaced my HP pavilion g6 motherboard and the warranty I got is one (1) month. I wanna know why only 1 month?

It is standard practice that parts do not carry the same warranty as a full system. This is true more broadly than the computer industry; it applies to many car parts, for example.

 

The warranty on a part is really just a warranty against the part being 'dead on arrival' or proving to be defective shortly after installation. It is not meant to create a broader warranty on (part of) the system.
