I recently bought the refurbished HP Envy 13 and the information on the back cover says that the warranty should be active. However, the HP Support says that the warranty has expired long before I even bought the laptop. Dispute page won't work as is won't suggest the dispute option. I see that there are such cases and will need help. I filed the claim in the system but it has yet moved further. Thank you very much for helping in advance!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
