I submitted a warranty dispute and got an email saying that my warranty status has been verified and our records have been updated, but when I check in dashboard it is still expired. I did this for 2 times and it is still the same. I've tried to call customer service, everytime it automatically hang up after I said my problem about warranty, and I never receive a human call back. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

As long as you have that email your warranty status should be no issue. Print and save it.
I can ask a Mod if he or she can help you make contact to help resolve this issue.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
