i have purchased New HP Laptop 15s-du3047TX Last Month, but i observed some issues mentioned below
1. Laptop model not match as its description given on its packaging "HP Laptop 15s-du3047TX", whereas HP support site & Support assistant shows "HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y5AV)".
Suggest how it can be resolved?
2. Can i upgrade its Processor, Dedicated GPU and RAM? if yes how?
3. It generate too much heat when i play games on it, is there any solution for it?

I don't know why HPSA saw it as "HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y5AV)" . Hardware wise, two things you can upgrade
1. RAM: It has 8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB), you can upgrade to 16GB, 32GB or 64GB (and something in between) using

2. SORAGE (optional): You can also upgrage to larger M.2 SSD or better 2.5" HDD.
You can NOT upgrade CPU or GPU because they are parts of the System board. You have to upgrade to new board (if available) with new CPU, GPU and new license of Windows because they are on ONE piece of hardware called System Board.
