Can my laptop is compatible using 500gb m.2 pcie nvme ssd with 1TB SSHD 5400rpm. 

Although I didnt get that dual storage Configration that I can use 500gb m.2 pcie nvme ssd with 1TB SSHD 5400RPM...

The SSD AND HDD CONFIGRATION FROM USER MANUAL:-

Solid-state drive: For use only on computer models with model numbers 15-cc1xx and 15-cc6xx:

●512-GB, 2280, Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe), Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe) solid-state drive

● 256-GB, 2280, PCIe, NVMe solid-state drive

FOR use on all computer models:

● 512-GB, 2280 M.2 SATA-3 solid-state drive with triple-level cell (TLC)

● 256-GB, 2280 M.2 SATA-3 solid-state drive with TLC

● 128-GB, 2280 M.2 SATA-3 solid-state drive with TLC

● 256-GB, 2280 M.2 SATA-3 solid-state drive

● 128-GB, 2280 M.2 SATA-3 solid-state drive Dual-storage configurations:

Can this Hp  SSDEX900 M.2 500GB PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 3D TLC NAND Internal Solid State Drive (2YY44AA)...Is compatible with my laptop having 1TB SSHD 5400RPM and make the ssd boot storage for windows 10???

From the list, nearly all of them support M.2 SATA SSD drives, and your machine is the same.  Your machine has 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA SSHD right now. You can add M.2 SATA SSD drive to your machine using

                https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/
          Or similar from reputable vendors.
                    One example (compatible drive, can use smaller/larger capacity)
