Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have hp ac110tx which came with 4 gigs 1600mhz ram pre installed. I want to buy new RAM but I am confused with 1600 and 1866 mhz ram. The mother board specs are:

also which one would be better 1600mhz CL9 or 1866mhz CL11
