I don't know what different about NVME and NVME M.2 

Please help !

Hi:

 

NVMe is the type of drive.  M.2 is the slot it goes into.

 

I answered your other question earlier, that your notebook only supports SATA M.2 drives, not MVMe M.2 drives.
