Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just ran a short drive test and received failure code RTUF99-70G9A4-MFGJWK-61FU13.  The hard drive seems to function well.  What does this code mean?

Hi,

It means the hard drive has failed the full test. You should back up any important data, as the drive could completely fail in a short period of time. You should also consisder to replace the drive as soon as possible.
