I can use my laptop without a charger for up to two hours, sometimes longer like I always have since I bought it but just recently if I unplug the computer for any amount of time and then plug it in the computer shuts off saying I have a reduced charge capacity and when I turn it on the battery says 5 percent but right before it shut off it said 94 percent. It shut off only a few seconds after I plugged it in. When I test the battery while it is charging it says it needs to be replaced and that it has a reduced charge capacity but then when it's fully charged I test it again and the battery passes the test and shows an ok mark and says it has a charge capacity of 82 percent. What do you think could be wrong? There only seems to be a problem when I plug it in, I can use it for hours without it being plugged in but if I unplug it for just a minute while the computer is fully charged the computer shuts off and when I turn it on I get an error message saying the battery has reduced capacity but why only when I plug it in and I can use it for hours without it being plugged in?
