Hello everyone! I dropped my laptop once and it hasn't charged since then. I ran diagnostics and the program detected error code 94M8X9-000C2U-GXGK1G-C0UM13. The diagnostics also reported that there is a failure in the BN03051XL - Primary battery. Please tell me, has anyone encountered such a problem? Will replacing the battery help in my case or is it a problem with the motherboard? By the way, my laptop model is HP Pavilion Plus Laptop 14-eh0xxx. Ths

For the diagnostics error code you will need to open the web support page from the HP Support App on your laptop.

Considering that you dropped the laptop, that is extremely difficult to say without inspecting the laptop.

 

 

There is a likely correlation between dropping the laptop and the no-charging since you state that was what happened after the gravity event.

Gravity and laptops are definitely not good friends.
