Hi:
That code means the Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
You should back up any files you don't want to lose as soon as possible.
Then you will need to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

You're very welcome.
That's a good question because your notebook has a hybrid hard drive with the HP part number 775520-005.
You can't get it from HP anymore, so you would have to do a search by the HP part number and see if you can get one on eBay, Amazon or wherever.
Below is the link to the service manual. The HDD R&R procedures can be found in chapter 5, starting on page 48.

You can reinstall W10 for free since you took the free upgrade, but you may want to get the W8.1 recovery kit from HP install W8.1 and upgrade back to W10 by clicking on the update now button at the link below.

You won't need to do that if you know how to configure the hybrid drive for proper performance. It takes some special process of which I am completely unfamilar with. You can clean install W10 by making the installation media using the media creation tool.
You can try just installing W10 clean and see if it works right, without configuring the hard drive, or do a search...Install windows 10 on hybrid drive.
You can order the W8.1 recovery kit from Hp at the link below...
