To my knowledge I have the moria 3 motherboard(HP 87C3). Currently I have a Ryzen 7 3700x, 2 16gb sticks of DDR4 ram, and a NIVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. I want to upgrade my GPU; what's the max I can upgrade up to without anything melting n' stuff?

Hi @MightyVec,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
The OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0024 supports various GPUs without damaging the motherboard, but it's essential to consider the power supply, physical space, and compatibility with the motherboard.
This desktop typically supports various graphics cards such as NVIDIA GeForce and AMD Radeon series. Some popular options that should work well without causing harm to the motherboard include:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series: Cards like the RTX 3060, RTX 3070, RTX 3080, and RTX 3090 are powerful and compatible with this system. Just ensure your power supply can handle the GPU's power requirements.
AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series: Graphics cards like the RX 6600 XT, RX 6700 XT, RX 6800, and RX 6900 XT are viable options for this desktop.
Always check the power requirements and physical dimensions of the GPU before purchasing. Also, ensure that the motherboard has the necessary PCIe slots and connectors to accommodate the chosen GPU.
It's advisable to refer to the desktop's manual or specifications on HP's website for specific compatibility details and any potential limitations. Click here
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
