I've been trying to seek help with my battery replacement since December but I've not got any response from either Twitter, emails or even service centres. I also tried looking up about it online and I didn't get a proper answer anywhere. Please explain me what N-CSR Battery Replace mean in the deliverables section of the care pack warranty.

@Pratik66,

Look, I am an HP User Forum/Community volunteer, and I do not represent or speak for HP.

All I pointed out in my previous post was a factual statement, and I quote: "Some laptops do not have a battery-covered extended warranty."

Only you know what your warranty covers -or doesn't.

My suggestion is to file a warranty claim with HP India: HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status | HP® Customer Support.

@Pratik66,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Some laptops do not have a battery-covered extended warranty -either iCSR or N-CSR.

Please refer to your document Care pack warranty.

Ok lets say hypothetically my laptop is covered under the warranty, but still your support executives on email and Twitter deny any assistance. I'm saying this because I haven't told them which particular laptop I'm using and they're infact just arguing with me that it's not covered under warranty and not giving me a valid reason either.

Also what you are saying is not mentioned anywhere in this pdf/link of your official hp documents

You are just trying to create loopholes to get out of your deliverables and this is very disappointing coming from such a huge company in the silicon valley. If you do not want to provide the service, please just remove it from the care pack warranty rather than torturing your customers this way.
