What is the difference between a laptop and a notebook.? I've noticed a lot of laptops being called notebooks lately.

They are the same. We used to call them as laptops because we could work with them on our laps. But from time to time, put them on our laps could cause heavily burning specially our skirts and shorts are getting shorter and machines are getting hotter (more powerful)

Now we should call them as notebooks but nothing can stop us to call them as laptops. Which ever way we like,

Hope this makes sense.

Regards.

That makes sense. perhaps it could also be the fact that a lot of them are as skinny as a notebook,
