The actual command-line is
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AD2F1837.OMENCommandCenter_220.127.116.11_x64__v10z8vjag6ke6\win32\Streamer\omen.exe app_silent=1
I kind of get the idea that this is an Omen command, but, while listed in the startup, it doesn't seem to run.
What is its purpose and is it critical in any way?
