Not much you can do with the following list
But if you wish, please use page 75 of the following manual which shows you how to replace CPU on your machine:

My suggestion: don't waste money to upgrade, saving more money to buy new machine. Your machine is a bit old now and new machines are much cheaper than 5 or six years before.
