HP 15-ba015wmHello
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I want to upgrade the RAM memory of my notebook model: HP 15-ba015wm, in the sticker that it brings it says that it uses "DDR3L", but in the website when searching for that model it says that it uses "DDR4". I would like to know which is the correct one to be able to upgrade. thanks.

This is the sticker, it says "DDR3L":

Hi:

The service manual is very confusing to read.

The E2 processors are listed in several columns.  They seem to indicated that only DDR3 memory is supported.

Run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below and that will tell you what type memory is actually installed in your notebook.
