I have a motherboard with the following:DA0PAHMB8F0 rev.F from HP Laptop Model: 14-dq2089wm ; Product ID: 2K4C2UA#ABA;  I would like to replace the motherboard with: DA0PAHMB8I0 rev. i. because the motherboard with "Rev. F" crashed. It is out of warranty. What is the difference between these 2 motherboards and secondly can someone tell me what model the motherboard with "Rev. i" came out of? Thanks. Looking at these 2 motherboards, they look identical but I may be missing something. Is there some other information I should look for on the motherboard?

I suggest that you use the HP Partsurfer utilty to find out which system boards are compatible. The partsurfer generally has  a list of parts that are not superceded.  Use the notebook's serial number to access the information instead of the product number.
