I am planning to do an upgrade and wondering what is the maximum memory along with the speed can be installed on Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T04AV)?
Also to add, whats the maximum size of storage can be installed/upgraded to?
Hoping some assistance from the expert here in the community.

Hi:
See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info and NVMe SSD capacities HP offered in the model series.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
If you want to go beyond 1 TB of storage and 32 GB of memory, according to the Crucial memory/SSD report for your notebook, that should be possible: (2 x 32 GB of memory), up to 4 TB in NVMe storage.

Note: The 16-r0xxx models with the Intel Core® i7-13700HX and Intel Core i5-13500HX reportedly have two NVMe SSD slots.

Hi!
Paul, just wanted to add that apparently user Dynamax101 's Victus has a motherboard with the 13500HX CPU. Therefore Dynamax101 can install a second m.2 drive without changing the HP factory fitted one. This Notebookcheck review of the 13500HX 16-r0000 Victus shows that there are INDEED TWO (2) m.2 SSD slots.

Thanks for the detailed information Paul. Also wanted to thank TzortzisG for the image as referrence. Im planning to also use my laptop as VMware lab for some testing and this info really helps answering all the checklist for the resource requirement of the lab. Just a last inquiry, Am I allowed to have 2 pcs of 4tb storage totalling to 8TB for this laptop? Thanks again for the help guys.

You're very welcome.
As long as the 4 TB SSD's only have the memory chips on one side of the board, theoretically they should work.
The Crucial memory company sells 4 TB NVMe SSD's for your notebook's model series.

However, I don't know of anyone on this forum that installed 2 x 4 TB NVMe SSD's in the model series, so I cannot offer any proof that drive configuration is guaranteed to work.

Oh my goodness, im so glad that I have seen your reply prior to purchasing SSD on Amazon. Im about to get a double sided 4 tb storage of Western Digital Black SN850x. Wouldn't a double sided SSD fit on my laptop model? If that ain't possible, I could just opt for 2 x 2tb single sided Western Digital Black SN850x with a total of 4tb.

Just another inquiry, im planning to purchase DDR5 5600mhz and install it on my laptop. Some of the video vlog I've watched stated that my model might be able to run ddr5 5200mhz using the ddr5 5600mhz. Is this true/possible?

A double-sided chip NVMe SSD won't work because it won't fit inside the SSD shields the notebook has.
Memory speed is dependent on the model processor your notebook has.
If your notebook has the Intel i5-13500HX processor, the Intel processor specs at the link below indicate the processor will run the memory at a max speed of 4800 MHz.
Intel Core i513500HX Processor 24M Cache up to 4.70 GHz Product Specifications
So, I believe that any memory you install that is faster than 4800 MHz will automatically bridge to 4800 MHz.
