Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to increase my RAM.  I want to know how many slots I have and what the maximum amount of ram I can add per slot.

Thanks!  

Also, Crucial doesnt have my system in its registry, can I substitute RAM for another HP Envy x360 15 ?

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook.

 

Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | hp - compaq | envy 15 | ENVY 15m-dr1011dx | Crucial.com

 

According to the report, it has two memory slots and each slot can take a max of a 16 GB memory chip.

 

Unfortunately, I cannot find a service manual for your notebook.  There is none listed on the support page.
