Hi:
HP only has the service manual for the older 16-e0xxx model series on the support page.
Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e1000 (53G39AV) - Setup and User Guides | HP® Support
According to chapter 1, the notebook supports 2 x 16 GB of memory.
That memory speed isn't correct, since your notebook uses DDR5 memory.
You can run this command to confirm how much memory your notebook can support.
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once the command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
The report is not 100% guaranteed to be accurate but it is better to at least have a second source besides the Crucial memory report, which indicates that 2 x 32 GB of DDR5 memory is supported in the 16-e1xxx model series.

You'll have to decide what you want to do.
It's 2-1 against a 64 GB maximum.
You may want to just buy one 32 GB memory chip and if the notebook runs fine with 32+ GB of memory, then you can max out the memory to 64 GB.
