My current RAM is 2400MHz 16GB. Is there any way to upgrade it?

Please use the following way to find out the amount of RAM it supports
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
From here, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
Regards.

I found the easiest way to get specific information on this was to download the hardware diagnostics tool.
HP Desktop - M01-F0033w Software and Driver Details
This allows you to view current device specs, such as RAM speed, type, etc. Then you can match that to a compatible product on newegg or crucial. According to the info you provided, it appears your laptop will support an upgrade to a total of 32GB, but you will have to know the RAM type. Mine, for example, is DDR4, max 3200 MHz DIMM. I know it's a big download just to get a little detail, but HP has not exactly made their site user friendly for searching for compatible hardware upgrades. Crucial.com has a scanner tool that I do recommend you try, but sometimes it doesn't yield any results. It's not the tool, it's the manufacturer's database that's the problem. If you are unsure, send me your specs and I'll be happy to look up a recommended upgrade option.
