Hello,
Can anyone please tell me what is the maximum allowed Mhz of memory RAM supported?
I just bought DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 2x16Gb 3000Mhz, and they work at 2666Mhz. Is a problem, i need to to buy other Memory with 2666 MHz?
Thanks

Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.
OMEN by HP - 15-dc0017nq Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
The Intel® Core™ i7-8750H can only run memory at a maximum speed of 2666 MHz.
Intel® Core™ i7-8750H Processor (9M Cache, up to 4.10 GHz) Product Specifications
There is nothing wrong with the DDR4-3200 memory you bought.
It automatically bridged to 2666 MHz to match the speed the processor can run the memory at.
