I keep getting notified that my diagnostics software is out-of-date. It says to go to www.hp.com/go/techcenter/pcdiags. I get there and...nothing. Did somebody think we would know what to do from there by osmosis. It's called instructions (communication). Can somebody provide the rest of the instructions or do I just stare at the screen and hope something will happen?
Thank you in advance for clarifying this mystery!

Hi Erico,
Thanks for responding!
This is the same page. What do I do from there. I am not looking for a diagnostic of my computer. I am looking for new diagnostic software as I understand it. there is no narrative that says download new diagnostic software. what do I click?

Hi Erico,
This is what I was looking for. Thank you very much! It downloaded, then went to a DOS screen and said it need to extract some files and then.....disappeared. I have no idea if it completed or not but have waisted too much time on this already. Next time, Lenovo!
Take care!
