What to do when my Hp 4520s doesn't power on ,a white light is flash while connecting power adaptor

Hi,

 

Remove the battery and connect the power adapter.  Now press the power button.  

 

Can you boot to Windows now?

 

A flashing power LED  is usually in a sequence that repeats itself.  Count the number of flashes to where it repeats.

 

Try a hard reset.

With the battery removed, press and hold the power button for ten seconds. 

Release the power button.

Connect the power adapter and then press the power button.
