WhatsApp Support - Battery & Mouspad problems ¦ The support times are wrong!!!

My notebook HP ENVY Laptop 17-cw0749nz (7Z985EA) is under warranty and the battery test is canceled in the express test as well as in the comprehensive test (battery test (SAQ4055-Primary). Please send me a new battery. (edited)
