Product: HP Chromebook 14-ca000
Operating System: Chrome OS

I plug an IPHONE XR into HP Chromebook 14-ca000 and the phone is not recognized.  When I go to to files, phone is not there and there is no import options.  I have tried multiple ports and more than one chromebook. What am I doing wrong?

Hello @felandoli,

 

Just found this out but it seems that Chrome OS is unable to recognize iOS devices, unfortunately. It supports Android devices through MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) but it seems like Google and Apple will always hate each other. 

 

This helpful guide may help you transfer photos over.
