Hi @Didi_007,

Thank you for the response.

Try these steps:

Check the Power Source:

  • Ensure that the docking station is connected to an AC power source using its power adapter. It needs external power to charge devices connected to it.

Reconnect the Docking Station:

  • Disconnect the USB-C cable from the laptop and then reconnect it.
  • Also, disconnect and reconnect the power supply to the docking station to reset it.

Verify USB-C Connection:

  • Make sure the USB-C cable is properly connected to both your laptop and the docking station.
  • Inspect the cable and ports for any visible damage or debris.

Update Drivers and BIOS:

  • Ensure that your laptop’s operating system and BIOS are up-to-date. You can download the latest BIOS updates from the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.
  • Update the drivers for the docking station to the latest version available.

Check Laptop Power Settings:

  • On your laptop, go to Control Panel > Power Options and ensure there are no settings preventing charging.
  • Verify that the laptop is configured to charge when connected to a power source.

Test with Another Device:

  • If possible, connect another device to the docking station to check if it charges. This can help identify whether the issue is with the docking station or the laptop.

I hope this helps.
