Receintly I have bought an used HP 650 G1 notebook with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with two video cards. I downloaded the guides from HP support center, but I did not find a detailed document about how to use the hybrid video (Intel HD4600 and AMD 8750) in effective vay. How they work and how can I control them in the BIOS and in the user level? Also there are many settings in the BIOS which are not described. Where can i find them?

You're very welcome.
The 32 MB>512 MB allows you to select the amount of system memory you want to be dedicated to the graphics adapters.
The more you allocate the better the graphics memory performance, but that will reduce the rest of the system memory available for use by the amount you allocate.
If you have 8 GB or more memory installed, I recommend you set the memory allocation to 512 MB.
Regarding the Hybrid Graphics Enhanced Feature setting, I came across this old post from 10 years ago...
Hybrid Graphics Enhanced Display Feature
Enable additional display capability to allow pre-OS applications to be visible on any one of the available display at boot.
When disabled, pre-OS applications can only be visible on certain displays (Internal Panel, VGA, System Display Port on selected platforms) at boot. Digital displays attached to dock will not support pre-OS applications.

Your notebook has dynamic switchable graphics.
Only some notebooks with fixed switchable graphics have a BIOS setting to set either one of the GPUs as the default GPU.
There are no BIOS settings for the dynamic switchable graphics.
The notebook automatically decides which GPU to use as graphics demands dictate.
If more graphics power is needed, then the notebook automatically switches from the Intel GPU to the AMD GPU.
HP used to have website documentation regarding how the switchable graphics works but they have removed that info from their support site.
I did find this link from AMD which may be of help to you:
How to Configure Laptop Switchable Graphics (amd.com)
Unfortunately, for some reason HP does not have any documentation regarding notebook PC BIOS settings available.
There is very limited information in chapter 7/8 of the service manual:

Thank you for the answer. The BIOS information in the mentioned document is very limited.
I see two item in the BIOS setup regarding to the video (in the Device Configuration section):
- Video memori size (can be selected from 32 MB to 512 MB). I do not know that how influences the selected value the video power and which video card effected.
- Hybrid Graphics Enhanced Feature (it can be set or not). I think that if I set it, the laptop can use the AMD graphics. Is it correct?

At the hyperlink below there is a document with details and images that should help you setup hybrid graphics.
Once upon a time, HP used to give the top HP Experts loaner laptops for a one year period. I chose Omen laptops with hybrid graphics a few times and enjoyed them.

You're very welcome.
The forum discussion link I posted works fine for me, so unfortunately, I don't know what the problem could be.
I have copied and pasted the entire discussion as a Word document and attached it below:

Thank you for your answer. I choosed 512 MB (because the laptop has 16 GB RAM). During the time I found that in the Display setting there is a Graphic setup possibility:
Graphics performance preference settings to assign graphics perfomance demand (Windows decides, power saving and high performance) for the applications. High performance uses the AMD GPU, Power saving uses integrated graphics. So this is good for me.
