It would help if you provided the actual product ID SKU from the Windows system information dialogue wind list.
While logged into Windows type system information into the search box.
The System Information app will appear above.
Click on it and look in the list for the product ID SKU.
Provide the Product ID SKU in your next reply

I have asked the internally about this for a member who also has the same notebook with the GTX 3070 discrete graphics solution.
As soon as there is a reply, I will let you know.
You can use the HP PartSurfer to see if the information is there.

Use your laptop's serial number in the box for the best chance to get information on the replacement fan part number.
