Hi,

I just received a notification today from my HP software on my laptop saying the service and repair parts may no longer be available for my PC. It also said for my loyalty, I could avail of a discount to upgrade to a new laptop.

It then gives me a button to press which redirects me to the HP store with no code or anything whatsoever.

I am interested in this offer. Is there anything that can be done?

I understand that you want to know about the discount for upgrading the product.

This might require one on one interaction.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
