Hi:
HP Hq-Tre 71025 is not the model number of your PC.
None of your screenshots provide any information that helps me to answer your question.
Depending on the model number and processor type there are some notebooks that only have one memory slot.
What is the correct model number or product number of your notebook?
Use this guide to find that information...

hi
curious, don't you have another reference?
although we have results with a search engine, no HP link
that said, see the two videos here, we can see the second slot, it does not seem to be available for you!

There are many different model variations of HP TRE 17025.
If you google it, you will see why I can't help you without knowing the correct model number.

What I can tell you is this...
If your notebook has an Intel Celeron or Pentium processor, those notebooks only come with one memory slot, and the max memory the slot can support is 1 x 8 GB.

you still don't give the right reference here
we need the exact model of your computer, and the product number
To find it follow this
for a desktop computer

and for a laptop
HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number? | HP® Customer Support
Give the full name with the product number P / N
HP Desktop M01-F1xxx
the requested product number must look like this
Product Number: 9EE50AA # ABA
the model corresponding to this number will therefore be
HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb
Either it is hidden, and maybe not upgradable
