Hi, 

 

I have a HP Pavilion 15-bc000no with a 3-cell original battery with spare part number 849910-850. 

 

This is not available for sale in the HP Spare Parts-center. However, I have immediate battery error (HP Assistant) and need it replaced. 

 

Where can I get one?
