Where to find SATA hard drive caddy for the secondary hard disk slot on Zbook 17 G4

I recently received a Zbook Mobile Workstation G4 17".  Model number: 1nl42ut#aba.  The computer did not come with the hard drive caddy for the open SATA drive slot.  There is no information anywhere on this, I can't find anything in any of the documentation.  It appears to have changed in form factor some from the G3's.  What is the part number for the caddy and where can I order it?

The hard drive bracket, screws, and hard drive cable are included in the Hard Drive Hardware Kit, spare part number 848351-001.

Looks like you need a hard drive board but you may have that already and if you have that you just need the Hardware Kit:

Of course, part is on backorder.  Lots of parts for Zbook 15 and 17 up to G3 on eBay but this one seems to be very elusive. Sorry.
