The specifications I have found that HP has published internally and externally do not show the HP Spectre x360 15-bl112dx to be a touchscreen model.

The HP Spectre x360 15-bl112dx notebook has no stylus compatibility.

The notebook on the following web document at BestBuy does have an HD display with touchscreen. Notice that the SKU and product name are different.

I was able to find the one that you asked about. BestBuy appears to have published the touscreen specification in error. The SKU and product name do not correspond to the features that BestBuy says the notebook has.

Yes it is the second link you sent. It does have touch screen. For some reason this one didn't come with a go pen. Can you please tell me which hp pen is compatible? Can you give me a list?

For example will this one work? Hp p.n.# 839082-003

I don't want to buy one and not get one that doesn't work at all, or I can't get full functions. Payed a lot of money for tjis laptop.

Please read my last post again. I think you may have not caught the important part of what I said.

If you bought one already, does it have a touchscreen that reacts to touching it?

Any solutions please? Is there a phonr number? Or I'll have to go to best buy?

I'm trying to resolve this asap

I realize this is months later now and as much as i hate to revive an aging thread, I'm curious if you ever found a resolution to your issues pairing a Stylus with your Spectre x360?  I have the identical model, which i also picked up from Best Buy and i was told at the store that it definitely had a pen inside the box, when i insisted the open it in front of me to check, of course it did not.  I was assured that if i just contacted HP directly they would make it right and ship a pen off immediately.

After much run around, being bounced from online Best Buy support to HP and back again various times, i just got fed up with it and asked to begin the RMA process for the HP Active Stylus i purchased directly from the HP store (albeit incorrectly, it appears).  I'm beyond disappointed this obviously is not an isolated incident.  I simply cannot understand why it is so difficult to get basic answers to questions and the massive amount of misleading or downright incorrect information posted to HP's sites.  This is a nightmare trying to figure out the naming scheme.  I'm at my wits end, to the point i'm preparing to just bite the bullet and return the **bleep** machine.  This shouldn't be so difficult to spend sixty dollars on top of a fifteen hundred dollar laptop and hope for an Active Stylus to work on a 4K UHD touch display.  CRIKEY!

</rant off>  My apologies for being beyond frusrtated with the lackluster experience.  Don't get me wrong, the hardware is very nice... but overall this has been an absolute nightmare.  This should have been a ten minute interaction.

Q.  Does this come with a Stylus?
A.  "No."

Q.  Okay, what are my supported choices and how much do the cost?
A.  You have this one for $60, or this really incredible one that glows in the dark for $90.

End of story.  (oh what a dream that would have been, might have even gotten some brand loyalty points for HP.)  #FAILwhale

Hi, I truly understand your frustration, I had to talk to 3 best buy reps (manager) (geek squad) and (hp) reps. I ended up figuring it out. You have to buy the following one from best buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-stylus-pen/5902029.p?skuId=5902029 it doesn't come with one. And you have to install the software for it from the HP website. Let me know if you need anything else.
