Hello,

I'm here to ask about which termal paste to use in my laptop, including the white ones (I dont know what really these)

in the photo.

I just cleaned all of them. Now which products should I use for repasting. And how I should apply them

Any good quality thermal paste either ceramic or metallic will work fine. Personally, I prefer the hight metal content type like Arctic Silver but have used all kinds with good results. The key is to apply the paste sparingly. More is not better. The best heat conduit is a thin uniform layer applied only where heat is created. A BB sized drop on the critical areas is generally enough.
