HP 15-F004DX NOTEBOOK
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded my HP 15-F004DX NOTEBOOK from Windows 8 to Windows 10. Everything was OK, but the Laptop started freezing after a system update. What could be the problem? I have reformatted the LAPTOP 3 times and the same thing happens after the system update. All the drivers are installed.

I downloaded and installed the following Graphics Drivers (AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver 428.4 MB sp73568.exe) and the problem was solved.

How long does it work after the reformat until the system update is done?  Days? Hours?

The Laptop could work for days after reformatting. The freezing starts about an hour or two after system updates start. I have updated the BIOS and all the system drivers are installed.
