I Just do a clean install windows 10 20H2 and all the drivers is running perfectly fine but the fan control button not working.

I found a Win 10 64 bit page:
Are you by any chance trying to access on a non-Windows computer? HP Support defaults to the OS you are using to access the page. Manually select the OS in that case.
