Dear HP

 

As i'm not working and Im still using my old laptop and yes it runs windows 11 😉 fine after I installed a SSD and upgraded the memory to 16gig and even replaced the CPU for a more powerful one 😉

 

I wish all laptops were this modular please kick this feed back up to your team and managers users really like this feature, and it will make you look better as a company to be seen as sustainable.

 

I have some questions:

 

1. Some times well lie 90% of the time after I restart my laptop my keyboard (the one on the laptop  via USb is fine) does not work so  I have to then restart it again then it works, do you know why?

 

 

2. is it True this laptop HP EliteBook 8470p the max memory it can take it 16gig?

 

3. do you know where i can find the software driver for the laptops (HP EliteBook 8470p) track pad so I can use it please.
