- Why is my order being declined?

Every time I try to place my order, I get a message telling me that my order has been declined, and to click the link to access my order status and find out why.
When I click the link, and fill in my information, all I get is another error message saying, "We could not find your order based on the information provided. Please check and try again."
What is going on?
