HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl1XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As the subject mentions, why is there no battery for HP x360 Spectre available in stock?

I did check on this page and couldn't find. How and where can I find the genuine replacement battery?

Moreover, the solution from the HP Expert didn't work. So, the best course of action might be to replace the battery.

P.S. I feel truly disappointed and might never use any HP products in the future. Despite buying this high-end flagship laptop offering from HP, I've been facing issues since the beginning.

Ok, did try as you requested. Please check the attached screenshot [Link to image if the attachment doesn't display properly], which says, "This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website."

Now please guide me on what to do. I already disappointed with HP!

@The_Fossette, Why is it taking this long for the local region correspondents to reach me? You said they would contact in four business days and it's been more than 2 weeks. And if your excuse is going to be because of the festive season (Christmas), no we don't much celebrate Christmas here & there are no holidays to skip the business days.

More reason to be disappointed with HP Support!

I have already tried reaching them out through that link. I'm posting this thread only after I couldn't get possible solution from that link.

Why haven't you responded to the message where you informed that you reached to my regional support?

I was informed by the escalations team to provide you the link. if they do not have the battery then is nothing much that can be done from my end.

I recommend you contact support and check once.

Thanks!
