I want to upgrade my laptop's HP Pavilion 15-au141ur wifi adapter to one that supports 5Ghz Wi-Fi and have BT (5.0 or higher if possible). On my laptop is only 1 antenna cable (in stock adapter 2 slots). And I found out that BIOS has whitelist of adapters, so I want to know, which models can I buy to my laptop. I have BIOS F.25. OS Windows 10x64

Hi:
You can install this dual band Wi-Fi card where the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will work with one antenna wire:
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.
The card has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band with an AC router and an excellent signal.
You should be able to find the Wi-Fi card on eBay or Ali Express.
The other part number that is sometimes listed on the card itself is this one: 915620-001
