Hi ,

I want to upgrade the wifi card in my HP Notebook - 15 - 1061au laptop to latest WiFi version with 5Ghz as currently it only supports 2.4Ghz(Radio types supported : 802.11n 802.11g 802.11b) which is low . I don't know if its possible, if it is then which wifi card to choose.

Hi:

 

Yes, it's possible but since your notebook only comes with one Wi-Fi antenna wire, you are limited to easily upgrading to this one model Wi-Fi adapter:

 

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1 × 1 Wi-Fi + BT 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported)   HP part # L17365-005
