HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1007ua
Microsoft Windows 11

Greeting,

I have an pavilion 15-ec1007ua

By default comes with an RTL8822CE card

I need expert advice on which card to take for the upgrade
considering possible problems with compatibility with bios.

If I've done my research well, these two cards are my best options

Realtek 8852AE(HP part # M34029-005)

or

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200(HP part # L35282-005) of course, if it is compatible, i would prefer this wifi card.

I couldn't find the maintenance and service giude for my laptop.
Thanks in advance.

Hi  @Vlad1122

With a Ryzen processor, it is very difficult for the Intel card to work. You may need to use Realtek 8852AE (HP part # M34029-005). The 14-inch model in this EC series uses that Wi-Fi card.

Hi,

I installed an Realtek RTL8852AE WiFi 6 802.11ax PCIe Adapter

The card works without problems

Great upgrade🙂
