Hi,
this is the WIFI card I have
Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 5 combo Miracast compatible; MU-MIMO supported
my mother board has a M.2 x 3.5
What would happen if I installed this instead?
Will work? or does my motherboard support a specific data transfer for wifi? how can I know that?
this is my laptop
HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec1038la (3Y7A5LA)

Hi:
You will find many posts on the forum where folks have tried to install other model cards such as the AX210 in the 15-ec1xxx model series and none of them work.
That's because it is hard to find other Intel Wi-Fi cards for AMD platforms that work.
Not to mention that unless things have changed very recently, no Intel Wi-Fi 7 card is supported in an AMD PC at this time.
