Chapter 1 page 2 of the maintenance and service guide indicates that your notebook has one memory slot that supports 1 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory, which will run in single channel mode.

The manual indicates that only the Intel models have two memory slots, so unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to answer your question.

You should be able to install 2 x 8 GB of memory, but it may not run in dual channel mode.

This service manual for a different model series that uses the same processor as your notebook indicates that the notebook's memory will run in dual channel mode when it has two memory slots.
