Product: HP Notebook - 15-dw0083wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

All of a sudden my HP laptop no longer gets power when I have it connected to the cord to charge and it's dead so I can't even tell what's wrong. There's no noise coming from it so I'm not sure if it's the cord, the battery, or maybe something inside the computer. Just need help.

I suggest that you take it to a shop if there isn't even a power/charge led lighting up when you have the power adapter connected to household power outlet.

 

Try the HP virtual assistant virtual for power issues.

Click on the Go virtual assistant button. See the hyperlink below.
