My HP Split 13 x2 PC will not display webpages in print review or send web pages to my Officejet 6700 printer. Just blank pages. The printer works fine with my other HP Pavillion laptop, as well as a recently purchased HP desktop. I first thought that the problem might be with the printer, but have narrowed down to the HP Split. It worked fine until recent updates from Windows 10.1. I've also downloaded/installed all available HP updates for the Split, as well as disabling both Norton and Windows firewalls. But nothing I've tried so far has worked. Any advice/suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks.
In answer to your questions:
Webpages will not appear in print review. They appear to be loading, but only a blank page is shown. I've even waited for a couple of minutes, because some pages take time to load. Still just a blank page, and prints blank pages.
My laptop is the HP Split 13 x2 PC. It originally came with Windows 8.1, but several months ago, I upgraded to 10.1. My other laptop I use for work-related things (HP Pavillion with Windows 7, and my desktop with Windows 10.1) both work great.
I have removed the printer and software, and then re-installed. Doesn't help.
I'll try the step-by-step you've outlined, to see if that will work. I suspect that the problem is very simple, with a simple solution...Just haven't found it yet.
Many thanks again. Will post the results. You, and the forum, have been a great help.

Greetings @BF504,
Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are unable to print web pages and get the print preview before printing, is that right?
Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.
Have you tried to update all the drivers using HP Support Assistant?
I see that my colleague had suggested you do a clean uninstall of the printer software on your computer.
Did you try the exact procedure?
If you have followed the exact procedure suggested and are still unable to get the print preview.
Recommend you follow the Internet options reset procedure mentioned below.
Recommend you to open control panel by doing a right-click on the Windows button.
Select view by category and change it to small or large icons (You will find this option on the top-right side of the control panel window)
Select internet options.
On the internet options window, on the top right-side click on advanced.
On the advanced tab, towards the bottom, you will have an option to reset.
Make sure to have all the applications closed before you hit the reset button.
Click on the reset button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have completed the reset procedure.
Restart your computer and try to print again.
May I know which browser you are using to view and print web pages?
If the issue persists after the restart.
Follow the procedure mentioned below to uninstall the printer software again.
Create a new user account on your computer with Admin rights.
Login to the new account and then install the printer software and try to print.
Uninstall the printer from "programs and features" which can be accessed by doing a right-click on the Windows button (Please have the printer Off and disconnected during uninstallation.)
Check in device manager, if the printer is listed there, please delete it. (Right-click on the Windows button to access device manager)
Go to devices and printers, select any printer listed there and you will get some options on the top.
Click on print server properties.
You will get a popup, click on the drivers tab and delete all the HP printer drivers listed there, if any.
Delete all the instances of your printer listed in devices and printers.
Restart the PC.
Once the PC is on the desktop, press Win + R, it would bring a Run dialog box,
Type %temp% in the run box and click Ok or hit the Enter button.
It would bring up the temporary files folder. Delete the files in the folder (You might not be able to delete all the files, ignore them).
If possible, delete the printer from the registries using Regedit or using any other 3rd party application.
Create a new user account on the computer with admin rights.
Login to the new account.
Download and install the printer software on your computer and try to print.
Let me know how it goes.
